1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sagi Academy, visiting our site, or purchasing any membership plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

Sagi Academy provides access to digital learning resources, including:

  • Private Discord learning community

  • Community channels, support rooms, and educational content

Academy membership plans provide access for a defined period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), depending on your purchase.

  • Share Academy materials, lessons, or resources outside the community
  • Resell or distribute any Sagi Academy content
  • Share your access credentials with other users
  • Use our content for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities

4. User Responsibilities

By joining Sagi Academy, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and valid account information
  • Respect Discord community rules and members
  • Not engage in spam, harassment, or inappropriate conduct
  • Keep your login and Discord access private
  • Use the Academy solely for personal educational use

5. Availability & Support

Sagi Academy members receive support through the community and direct support channels:

We aim to respond within 5–30 minutes during active support hours.

6. Payments, Access & Refunds

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing an Academy plan, you agree to:

  • One-time payment per subscription period
  • No automatic renewals unless you purchase again manually
  • Instant delivery of Discord access instructions after payment

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 24 hours after your Academy access is delivered, only if you have not used or downloaded the learning materials.

Refunds are not available for completed access periods or active participation inside the Discord server.

7. Intellectual Property

All Academy content — including lessons, templates, documents, graphics, and community materials — is the property of Sagi Academy. You may not copy, share, upload, or distribute any material without written authorization.

8. Modifications to Terms

Sagi Academy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
