At Sagi Academy, we aim to provide high-quality learning material and a valuable community experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for Academy membership plans.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if one of the following applies:

  • You purchased an Academy plan by mistake and request a refund before your account is activated.
  • A technical issue on our side prevented us from delivering your access.
  • You are not satisfied and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not significantly used the content or accessed the Discord community.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Your Academy plan has already been activated and Discord access granted.
  • You used or downloaded course material before requesting a refund.
  • You request a refund more than 24 hours after purchase.
  • You provided incorrect contact details and did not respond to our attempts to reach you.
  • Your access was removed for violating community rules.

3. Plan Duration & Access

All Academy plans (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) grant immediate access to:

  • The Sagi Academy learning platform
  • Exclusive Discord community channels
  • Future updates and new lessons released during your plan

Once access is delivered, the plan becomes non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your payment details:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used during checkout
  • Proof of payment
  • The reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at checkout.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are securely handled through Stripe. We do not store credit card information and cannot accelerate bank processing times.
